All Ballet tickets may be purchased in person at the Grand Rapids Ballet Box Office at 341 Ellsworth SW.
Box office hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. The box office is also open one hour prior to each performance.

Individual Tickets
Tickets to individual performances go on sale throughout the season. Tickets may be purchased at the Ballet Box Office, or through Ticketmaster at 1.800.982.2787 or Ticketmaster.com.

College Rush Tickets
$12 tickets are available the last hour before a show starts for any student who shows a college ID at the box office when they purchase their ticket. One $12 ticket per person. Seating not guaranteed. Call the Box Office at 616.454.4771 x10 to inquire about seat availability.
Theatre Policies
To help make the experience of live theatre enjoyable for all of our patrons, please review and adhere to our standard theatre policies.
TICKET SALES: All ticket sales are final, no refunds. There will be a $30 fee for any NSF returned checks. Subscribers may exchange their tickets for a different performance of the same production at no cost, up to 24 hours prior their scheduled performance. Single ticket holders may also exchange their tickets for a different performance up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled performance for a $3 fee plus any applicable upgrade charges.
RECORDING DEVICES: The photographing, videotaping, or sound recording of any performance, or the possession of any such device inside the theater, without written consent of the management, is prohibited. Violators may be punished by ejection from the theater - no refunds.
THEATRE SEATING: Doors to the lobby areas open at least one hour before curtain. Doors to the theatre open at least 30 minutes before curtain. Please plan to arrive in time to be seated. For the consideration of our patrons, we will not seat anyone is his/her regular seat while a performance is in progress. Latecomers will be seated on a seat-available basis at the rear of the house until the first appropriate performance break, as determined by the house manager. Big-screen televisions showing the performance are located in the lobby.
CHILDREN: Everyone entering the theatre, age two and up, must have his/her own ticket. As a courtesy to other audience members please exercise discretion in bringing children to an evening performance. Regardless of age, any child attending should be able to sit quietly through a performance. Parents are asked to remove restless children from the theatre.
DISTRACTING NOISE: The use of cellular phones, pagers, radio or other such devices is not permitted in the theatre. Please make sure you turn your electronic devices off before attending a performance. Please refrain from inappropriate talking or unwrapping of candy wrappers during the performance.
SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited in the theatre.
REFRESHMENTS: Food and beverage are not allowed in the theatre.
