National Endowment for the Arts awards $546,000 to 20 Michigan arts organizations

Nae Regrets 2013 MLiveThe National Endowment for the Arts has awarded $546,000 in grants to 20 Michigan organizations among $25.8 million given nationally for 2014.

Grand Rapids Ballet was awarded $10,000 to support its Movemedia Dance Series and a residency by artist-in-residence Annabelle Ochoa.

Nationally, 1,083 grants were announced today in the first round of NEA grants for 2014.
