Grace Young

Grand Rapids Ballet Summer Intensive 2014-16

Grace is a native of Flint, Michigan and began her training at Young People’s Ballet Theater where she studied under the direction of Denise Paavola as well as four years under Nicholas and Laura Schultz. There she danced leading roles in many works, including Swan Lake, Coppelia, Sleeping Beauty, and Beauty and the Beast. She has attended summer courses at Grand Rapids Ballet, Giordano Dance Chicago, Complextions Contemporary Ballet, and Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp. The past four summers she has been an assistant for the Ballet Wolcott summer intensive under the direction of Jen Wiley.
